Windows Setup

Step-by-step guide to configure AdChute on Windows devices

  • 1.Open Network and Internet settings
  • 2.Click on 'Change adapter options'
  • 3.Right-click your connection and select 'Properties'
  • 4.Select 'Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)'
  • 5.Enter AdChute DNS servers

macOS Setup

Configure AdChute DNS on your Mac computer

Troubleshooting

Common issues and their solutions.

DNS changes aren't working

Try flushing your DNS cache. On Windows: 'ipconfig /flushdns', on Mac: 'sudo dscacheutil -flushcache'

Some websites are blocked

Check your custom rules or contact support to whitelist specific domains that shouldn't be blocked

Slower internet speed

This is usually temporary. Try switching to a different AdChute server region in your dashboard

Can't access local devices

Add your local network ranges (192.168.x.x, 10.x.x.x) to the whitelist in your dashboard
